Justin Baer is the CEO and Founder of Collars & Co., a first-of-its-kind direct-to-consumer men’s fashion brand and originator of the Dress Collar Polo™, where he leads overall operations and drives the company to revolutionize the menswear category with its innovative alternative to the traditional dress shirt.
A serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience, Baer is passionate about developing businesses that harness the power of digital marketing. Known for his ability to scale digital brands, maximize social media marketing budgets, and build true problem-solving brands, Baer strives to provide innovative solutions that solve for various consumer pain points that he too has experienced throughout his own life.
Since launching Collars & Co. in 2021, Justin is steering this viral brand toward explosive growth and generating an average month-over-month increase in sales of 28%. Under his leadership, Collars & Co. is addressing the whitespace in the menswear market and rapidly moving the needle within the industry at large.

Baer is also the founder of MemberText and Textology, helping 500-plus businesses and clubs communicate more effectively, increase engagement, and generate more revenue through text message marketing. Prior to this, Baer built and exited one of the first ticketless check in apps, Check In Easy.
Baer holds a BS in Marketing & Real Estate Finance from New York University. He currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his family.
